At We Are One Heart Foundation, Inc., we believe limited financial resources
should not mean a senior is forgotten, unsafe, or without access to
compassionate care.
Through GiGi’s Heart, donations, grants, and community sponsorships help
bridge the gap between what qualifying seniors can afford and the actual cost ofproviding safe, quality residential care.
What Does the Gap Look Like?
We estimate that providing housing, meals, 24-hour staffing, supervision,
personal care, and other essential services costs approximately $5,500 per
resident, per month.
Many seniors live on fixed incomes that fall far below the cost of care.
That is where our community steps in.

Corporate & Community Sponsorships
Organizations and individuals can sponsor all or a significant portion of a senior’s unmet cost of care.
What Are We Doing Right Now?
Today, GiGi’s Heart scholarships and sponsorships are providing at least $5,800 every month in charitable support for seniors in our care.
That represents more than $69,600 each year helping seniors remain safely housed and cared for.
And the need continues to grow.
Some seniors need a few hundred dollars each month to close the gap. Others face gaps of several thousand dollars. Changes in health, care needs, income, savings, or family circumstances can also increase the amount of assistance a senior needs over time.
